That we are in the universe and the universe is in us. That streams of information are transmitted throughout the universe. Meditation is believed to be the way to see the different levels of non – ordinary reality. That one will see the different levels of non – ordinary when one is ready. Our ancient indigenous elders connect with their ancestors in the spirit world today just as they have for thousands of years.
Shamans' male and female are typically identified at a young age as having a gift and then guided through the process of becoming a Shaman by the native tribes established Shaman. They always have an initiation ceremony prior to becoming a Shaman. Shaman's travel to the spirit world to help their people.
Shamans see a clear connection between the moment of one’s passing and enabling one to travel to the spirit world.
Shamans have a deep connection to the land, nature, the sky, and wind. They live close to the land. Shamans believe everything a rock to an insect has a spirit.
Shamans are respectful and grateful for everything in the universe. Shamans visit the spirit world regularly inducing altered states through food and or sleep deprivation, running 50 miles in the desert sun, drums, and ingesting mushrooms or peyote.
Shaman’s accounts of traveling to the spirit world, and people taking mushrooms or peyote, and those having near death out of body experiences all report seeing light and the experience of leaving their physical bodies and becoming massless for a relatively brief period. Brief meaning their earthly clock time on the physical plane of our planet was brief. Personally, I have separated from my physical body several times.

I encourage folks to explore this site and discover the nature of reality. For each of us answering for ourselves, the most fleeting mystery in the universe is a worthwhile endeavor. Personally, I’ve found the answer to be most invigorating and it freed me from many unnecessary concerns.

I encourage folks to explore this site and discover the nature of reality. For each of us answering for ourselves, the most fleeting mystery in the universe is a worthwhile endeavor. Personally, I’ve found the answer to be most invigorating and it freed me from many unnecessary concerns.
Is the actual nature of reality consciousness/awareness or the ground of infinite potentiality, the lo or void, or perhaps the Quantum field?
Our ancient Hawaiian indigenous elders spoke of the great pattern of reality, and the lo or void out of which everything in the universe comes into existence. An invisible world connected by etheric aka threads across space. An invisible world prior to the physical world, the source of creation.
Buddhist spiritual teachers also believe in a patterned reality, arising from emptiness, the ground of infinite potentiality. Buddhists say, “Emptiness is form and form is emptiness.” Buddhist teachings speak of vast interconnectedness of all beings and phenomena intrinsically linked.
Our indigenous Navajo elders believe their people came from a black hole in the sky which they return into. The Mayan's of Mexico and Central America believe that all beings came from the black hole at the center of the milky way, Sagittarius A*.
Mayans refer to this portal as the birth canal of Mayan civilization the great rift in the sky. The Mayans were very specific about Sagittarius A* black hole’s location thanks to their early and advanced understanding of mathematics.
Shamans and scientists agree that everything in the universe is waves of energy that vibrate. Scientists describe empty space or fields of energy in the universe as being like an ocean unfurling waves of particles. Shamans describe the empty space, the Lo or void in the universe as a nonphysical plane, a subtle cosmic archive that intrinsically links our thoughts, actions and experiences, past, present and future.
In my humble opinion the universe’s waves of energy contain information and allow for pre-existing consciousness. This empty space or field of vibrating waves of energy contain information and memory thanks to imprinted vibrational residue. This infinite field of energy is all the thoughts, feelings and perceptions we have ever known or will ever know and pop in and out of existence. I am convinced that we take what our mind dishes up as reality. We don’t question it because we perceive it as real. But then a mind is just being a mind. Clearly our minds have limitations.
Further that the notion you, me anything is separate in my humble opinion is an illusion. For me self and world are one in the same. I’m connected to everything thanks to single awareness consciousness manifested from the same underlying reality. That said, it is never-the-less a very convincing illusion. The great trick of perception. A brilliant purely magical illusion we all experience. Shamans and scientists share in the understanding that perception is in fact extremely tricky.
Intuitively I am confident I am connected to my deceased ancestors thanks to our entangled vibrating DNA. That I am in the universe and the universe is in me. That I am not separate. I believe that when I am still in meditation, empty of thought and sink into my quiet joy and inner peace, my authentic self, my essence is the same root or essence of that of the universe.
Scientifically, I recognize the significance of the superposition of the ever active (primarily empty space) atoms that I, we are all made of. Superposition helps explain the existence of an invisible world prior to our physical world.
Also, important evidence is now available thanks to Quantum physics as to the very existence of the observer and the observed. We now have the scientific evidence of the simultaneous nature of a particle and field. This, thanks to the time-tested evidence from the double slit experiments, and our common use of Quantum computers today.
Physicists today believe everything in the universe arises out of and returns into the Quantum field. That empty space is not really empty at all but is instead teeming with quantum fluctuations, waves of energy that pop in and out of existence. This is due to the Heisenberg Principle of Uncertainty and constant particle and anti-particle collisions. Also, that fields interact with each other even at zero-point energy. Last but not least scientists understand the Quantum field stretches across space and time a single fabric per Einstein’s theory of relativity.
Have our ancient indigenous elders and today's scientists arrived at the very same conclusion albeit separated by thousands of years? Are they describing the same thing?
Quantum physicists speak to the recently discovered Higgs field lurking invisibly in the background of space giving mass to electrons and quarks fundamental particles changing everything we experience with our five senses. The Higgs field shapes our perception of mass. Something seemingly feels solid to us here on earth thanks to the Higgs field.
Scientifically speaking, thanks to the Higgs field, we now understand that without it nothing would appear as solid to us. That it's actually atoms repelling atoms that create a tension, an energy that what we feel as something solid.
This illustrates that nothing material, nothing made of matter, no physical objects are solid. When one sits on a bench one feels the benches atoms repelling the atoms in one's body. Perceived solid objects here on earth are Higgs boson particles traveling to us slightly slower than the speed of light thanks to the Higgs Field.
In my humble opinion my perception of the solid bench I sit on is like a movie projector that projects onto a blank screen. This solid bench information I receive arrives via my five senses, my mind and pre-existing consciousness. This is how I perceive and construct my reality regarding my birth and death.
Science just very recently proved the existence of black holes something Einstein predicted a hundred years ago. In science it always comes down to what we can see, which is a result of the days technology sophistication. The day scientists actually see a wormhole will change everything. Quantum entanglement through microscopic wormholes conceivably connects us to multiple universes.
But for now, we can invest out time in better understanding black holes since we have finally seen one thanks to the world’s new and largest telescope. Sagittarius A* is where eventually everything in our Milky Way ends up. On the outer edge of the event horizon of a black hole there exists an abundance of light and no time ticks.
Pure speculation but perhaps Sagittarius A* serves as an entry point to different dimensions or levels of non-ordinary reality, the invisible spirit world. Perhaps a black hole closer to earth like Gaia BH only 11,500 light years away from earth makes more even sense. Massless, a photon only takes 8.2 seconds to reach the sun from earth.
Scientists have evidence that atoms produce light or photons, and that we are physically, essentially, ever active atoms. Radiance is inside us. Perhaps as a massless photon our essence is free to travel at the speed of light? Photons orbit black holes.
Photons have zero mass P= (E/c) and do possess energy and momentum following Albert Einstein’s relativistic energy equation. "That energy cannot be created nor destroyed only recycled."
The hypothetical particle that always travels faster than the speed of light is called tachyon and may hold the key to never breaking the speed of the light barrier.
Albert Einstein's Quantum Entanglement Theory which he referred to as "Spooky action at a distance." is more relevant to our understanding of the actual nature of reality than ever before.
Most recently and for the first-time researchers from the University of Ottawa, in collaboration with scientists from Sapienza University of Rome, captured quantum entangled photons in real - time. The experiment was made possible by an advanced camera that allows for the visualization of the wave function of two entangled photons in seconds and minutes.
Shamans in the Southwestern United States, Mexico and Central America regularly travel to the invisible spirit world to this day. Perhaps everyone’s essence under certain conditions could potentially travel to non - ordinary reality, the invisible world primary to our physical world massless at the speed of light.
Interestingly, intuitively and thanks to the understanding of the essence of non-duality philosophy one does not require any scientific explanation whatsoever.
Non-duality philosophy understandings eliminate the need to travel anywhere because the belief is we are already everywhere all at once. Further that we are infinite awareness not confined to our finite physical bodies. Consciousness or simply presence of awareness, which is aware of our experience scientific or otherwise has no limits in time or space.
Consciousness doesn’t need anything from the mind or outer physical world.
Spiritual teacher Rupert Spira, states "Consciousness is the fundamental field of reality, the ultimate reality of the universe, the medium in which all experience takes place. C= E. Consciousness equals existence."

Intuitive at a young age, I learned a song at elementary school which I sang outload repeatedly until I was told in no uncertain terms to knock it off!
Then I forgot all about until in my thirties and a motivational speaker acquaintance Wayne Dyer sang it.
Once again, I forgot all about it until I was in my fifties and Ram Das sang it.
Yet again, I forgot all about it until very recently while in my late sixties, when spiritual teacher Rupert Spira spoke of it in his teachings.
Row, row your boat gently down the stream, merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily, life is but a dream!

Science, Einstein has proven energy cannot be created nor destroyed only recycled. Science has also proven that humans are energetic beings. This begs the question. So then where does one’s consciousness, essence, spirit or soul go after one’s death?

Science today has confirmed in multiple ways that we are all connected one way or another to everything within the universe. Covid 19 proved that something can happen in one part of our world and impact everyone on our planet.
Thanks to recent advancements in macro and micro science a new picture of reality is emerging. At the macro level thanks to recent success in our space exploration and also at the sub – atomic micro level thanks to the CERN project scientists that proved the Higgs Boson particle exists, pictured above.
Science has proven everything in life is an energetic vibration. Sound is a vibration and so are thoughts.
Science has proven all the atoms which are in a constant state of motion in our bodies have most certainly passed through several stars and been part of millions of organisms on its way to becoming each one of us humans. To some degree each of us is made up of star dust.
We are connected to everything in the universe through the four (big four) ingredients in life. The chemically active atoms in the universe and our bodies are Hydrogen, Oxygen, Carbon, and Nitrogen. These are fundamental and make up the human body and everything in the universe. Science has solid evidence that we, everything is made of the same stuff.
Further that every living organism on earth has DNA. That DNA is the carrier of genetic information. DNA has been proven to vibrate and therefore is energetic.
Logically speaking I assume we are always connected to our genealogical ancestors thanks to our ever-active DNA but this not a known scientific fact today.
Interestingly, The Higgs Boson field has a quantum field called the Higgs field that gives mass to elementary particles. This explains the nature and behavior of matter and energy on the atomic level.
We have solid scientific evidence today of the superposition of atoms, gravitational waves, simultaneous fields and particles behavior, as well as time travel into the future, Photographs of real - time Quantum entangled photons, surprisingly evidence that atoms produce photons, and last but not least indisputable photographs of a black hole.
Perhaps we are not alone after all given the latest scientific estimates of the number of planets and galaxies now known in the universe.
Is it the Great filter that makes contact with other life forms impossible? Two things can be true at the same time.
Perhaps isolationist AI machines in another galaxy have taken control over the beings that created them.
I see no real need to speculate on such far-out inconsequential matters. Better we focus scientifically on our own planet and its inhabitant's wellbeing!
